If I upgrade a truck for a driver, does it make a difference? For example, if i improve the transmission on a driver's truck, will he earn more money?
I have a question, please. I've hired four drivers who make a little money in my game. If I stop playing for an hour and go back to the game, do the drivers stop working ? Do they continue to make me money and I can make up the money by resuming the game or all is lost ? Thanks for the answers.
Can be because the jobs available don't give enough money to cover the wage of a worker. I hade that for a short while in my heavy haulage garage because my driver's there didn't have a high enough level to get jobs for low loaders/beds that paid enough. 3. Monochrome_Fox_. • 2 yr. ago.
There is a coded 10% chance of a driver not getting a delivery job. I take it this means the other 9 times the driver takes any job. Depending on the driver's skill set (screenshots are handy as The Pitts indicated) those pickup points might be a long distance, costing you extra money. #5. fly 001 May 3, 2022 @ 2:23am.

Even skilled drivers can make about 5k-10k each per day sometimes less or more. You need more than a couple drivers to start making decent money out of them. I would say aim to have 11 drivers (3 small garages + 2 drivers on the initial garage) and then go with the flow of earnings to plan for more garages and drivers.
Now, don't try and be shifty man, simulator is the key word and with a minor fine tweak on the numbers, the Euro Truck Simulator can provide an even more pleasant game playing experience for everyone. Like I said before the driving side is near perfect, why not make it better in running a trucking company.
So in the end it is 10%+X chance of an empty return, where X depends on trailer (s) available and current hired driver location. It will be never below 10% or at least that is what comes from empirical observations so far. Giving more trailers won't do better as they pick up one randomly, they don't choose anything.
